The Rub Co. burgers

Just did a quick cook of 3 cheeseburgers and chicken burger using Santa Maria rub on hamburgers and wing dust on chicken burger.
First time I tried rub from The Rub Co. I thought two rubs were awesome. I didn't get a good char since I was cooking these at lower temp.
Can't wait to do wings.
