First cook on the part ECB, part knockoff SJS...aka frankenbrinkmann

2 5 lb butts on for tomorrow. Lake in sight...bourbon...nighttime cook. I don't think I could be better!

Have you found a way to get better air control around the bottom? For long cooks, I have to use my Weber.
