Thank god for my great vending crew, it allows me to step back when needed to compete. I run the smoker for vending so i am in the back anyway.
 
I am cooking kcbs, wings, maybe chowder, grilling and no on the whole pig.

Hey guys, met a lot of you at the Norwalk BBQ Pit, I was one of the judges and I must say, nice job.... all of ya.
I didn't stick around for the results even though I was a local, so has anyone posted the results?
And how was your experience in my neck of the woods?
