i finally made a decent rib.. after all this time..
its the first baby back i have done on my smoker since i had it,, bought on fathers day..
i thought that the apreribs i did for the fourth were gonna be nice but due to my dad,, i wasnt able to let them smoke thoroughly,, (old school grilling mentality),,,
i did the baby backs because of time... and the chicken came out great also.. no blood this time,, i have always had bad luck with chicken.. even with the drums,,,
before the sauce,,, just all smoke..
this is after the sauce went on
unforunately.. i had been drinking and forgot to take a pic of the ribs,, but here is everything else.. but the ribs came out just like i wanted them to.. now i just have to do my spareribs the same..
