On the patio
In the garage
Chicken in the box
Turkey going

Chicken done.


Turkey coming off.

My bride made some Portuguese sweet rolls.
Silver, I don't think you will make it in time for the race.

It actually is more radiant heat than a smoker. Fill the 4 corners with coals and put a few lit on top, minion method. It holds 300 to 325 well. Plus it only cost $5.00 a few years ago @ Wal Mart.
