JL Custom Smokers BBQ Team got our first calls. 10th Place call in ribs and 6th in brisket at the Polar Pig BBQ Cookoff in Concord NC.

Congratulations. Those are some fine looking boxes.
 
Rib box looks 9ish, brisket not so much. The left edge of the slices being so ratty looking and the slobbers and water drops on the box draw my attention, not in a good way.
Congrats anyway.

Congrats! Such fun to compete. I'm FAR FAR from OCD, but I kind of get that way when doing competition, which I *THINK* is normal.
