The Buckboard Cure I bought yesterday I found somethings at a greatly reduced price and could not pass up trying them. Some I have never seen or heard off maybe some of you have, so please make any comments you would like. I have tried most of them so far and they seem acceptable if used right.

Some I have seen but never tried like the chutney and tiger sauce not bad, I thought the tiger sauce would have a lot more heat.

Chet and Bet BBQ sauceI have had before and its not bad, I think it will be good on brisket.

All of these sauces are either from the NC area or MD area, except the Chet and Bet which is made around here near me in MO. They are all a lot thinner than what I am used to.

Hey at .90 per item I had to try them.

Just took off a load of pork steaks for my wife to take to a baby shower tomorrow and loaded up some rib ends along with a couple chunks of the beef cheek meat I posted about a few days ago. I know its not how I was told to use it but if all else fails it should still make some good chili. Sorry no porn on that but they look just like pork steaks and cheek meat.:icon_devil

George's looks like a traditional NC vinegar base sauce. For pulled pork I love it as a finishing sauce, pulled pork on a bun, nice splash of George's type, good helping of cole slaw and Texas Pete hot sauce to taste and you gotta bbq sandwich all the way!

Well I guess the pic are showing up on some computers just not mine until the last time I tried.

Ok now they are all and I mean all showing up, sorry moderator please feel free to make adjustment as you see fit. And thanks for your patience.
Dave
