Trying something new here.

four sheets for a base

Those are "drop biscuit pans" and they have a bunch of other uses, from cornbread to cinnamon rolls..... the phylo stackers look really good. The cups are about an inch deep.

BTW, I too like the pan. Very nice.

They took longer than I thought. They were in the smoker about 45 min. I put an egg wash on the top with some kosher salt and plowboy's rub. I thought it would brown a little more but, I couldn't wait any longer. They probably could have gone an hour.

There are many options here but, I think they would be good with some smoked chicken or some pulled chuck.
 
What are those "sheets"? Is that the Phyllo part of that? That looks awesome!! I love this site!!!
