Ribs and beans today

BiLo had some pork spares on sale for $1.99 / lb. picked up three slabs yesterday.

I'm going to make some crockpot Boston baked beans (Man Cave Meals style).

I've got to make some sauce decisions for the ribs.

These two have my interest as I've used the others so often lately.

I may even make my own sauce.....depending on how industrious I feel later this morning.

The ribs will be 3-2-1 and will have their own semi-sauced glaze anyway so it will only take a small amount to finish them off.

Such is the extent of my worries on this fine day. :)
 
Beans going in the croc pot now. They already smell great just after getting the ingredients mixed. Over the next 8 hrs I imagine it'll be smelling good throughout the hacienda.

I hit 'em with copious amounts of the Jack's Old South hickory sauce.


Was delayed a bit throughout this smoke due to getting a couple of estimates on some home repairs.
 
Still looking good ... as expected.

Do you mind sharing what all you put in the wrap with the ribs????

Just the right bite....just the right tenderness.

Jack's Old South Hickory was perfect on top of my wrap ingredients.

Normally I'm fairly critical about my turn ins for dinner.....not tonight, though. On this night I'm proud of my work.

Clarification!!!!!!!!!! :confused:

Somehow I pushed the “Not Helpful” button to Dub’s answer to my ingredients question. This was a mistake and I wish to clarify that I found his post helpful and in no way wish to say it was not. It must be the big fingers since I have the same issue with the I-Phone.
