Mrs Mafia and the little Goombas decided that Daddy needed something special for his 50th Birthday.

I'm now a proud owner of and XL BGE.

I can't tell you guys how excited I am and how lucky I feel to have such a great family.

I plan to put the Egg together in the morning and get it cooking as soon as I can.

I am as excited as a little kid on Christmas morning.

Any tips on cooking with the XL are welcome.

I only have a large, but I love every cook on it! It is just so unbelievably versatile. From bread and pizza to searing a steak at 700 degrees. Congratulations, you will have a lot of fun!
