I ordered some Dizzy Pig Dizzy Dust and Cow Lick , Blues Hog Tennessee Red (Great Stuff), 5 lbs of Plowboys Yardbird yesterday (Good on everything). When we do country fried steaks I mix a lil YardBird with the flour and it's amazing. :eusa_clap I've never tried Dizzy Pig before so I'm looking forward to using it on a brisket. Anybody tried and like or disliked the Dizzy Pig?
