What is the coating/crust on the chicken? That looks really good. What temperature did you cook at?

Totally correct Sir!
By sharp they don't mean hot/heat but it has more Phlavour than the regular one.
Besides Todd's there is some course seasalt,cracked black and Phlour on there...the Phlour makes the skin crispy easilly.
