Gimme a holler - I work nearby and I'll meat you there! I think I'm going back Tuesday - if not then, then Wednesday. Some work folk that you met Saturday will most likely be coming along. He's open Tues., Wed. & Thurs. and he has different stuff daily I think. I ordered brisket and short rib, but he said the brisket wasn't ready so I doubled up on the short ribs. I basically said "I don't care what you got - just give it to me!"
