So long,

DM

Dang! That's breakfast??? How do you top that at lunchtime?

Wow that looks amazing. And your view is awesome also. If you don't mind, how much do different meats cost in Germany?

I didn't received no Pharking call...what's up with that!?
Are those deer ribs?
Excellent cooking Bruder!

Youre always welcome Phube ! Wanna have my meal plan in advance ? :biggrin1:

Those were roe deer ( Reh in germany) ribs, sirloin and shoulder.

Good domestic beef is rare, especially for steaks and Brisket. Germany has mostly dairy cattle so the meat doesnt have a lot of marbling and flavour.. Usually the americanm, argentinian and irish beef is way better yet expensive and rare sometimes. Its really hard to find a good brisket.

Pork is great and not too expensive, but the pigs in the states seem to be a lot bigger. Ribs, especially baby backs, are about half the size you get in the states.
