Thanks everyone for the pricing advice. I got the Gig, and ended up Quoteing $1000 for Cooking at home a 100 lb pig and pulling and serving for 2 hours on-site.
BTW = Found out the difference on naming is a pig is up to 125lb hanging weight and a hog is 125lb plus hanging weight.
