Storage space has been a problem. I don't have all of these ingredients on hand at all times, but I do have a lot more than the average bear. I have one pantry shelf stuffed with big containers, a cupboard shelf with tiny containers, and outside of those, I have spices, ingredients on 6 other shelves between the pantry door and shelves on the outside of the cupboards. Then there's the fridge...
I don't drink to excess when doing these tests, no time for it really. I'll have two or 3 maybe while it cooks, but for relaxation really.
