Did some ribs for the holiday yesterday with slaw, baked beans and cornbread on the side. (sorry, no pics of the sides

)

Rubbed with EatonHoggBBQ Red Rub and ready for the UDS.

Cook for a few hrs. this is what you get.

My son made a Raspberry Buttermilk cake for dessert. Mighty tasty.
