Rained 90% of the day and that may have helped us make more money. We didn't use our easy-up but set up inside the main tent. This was a bonus as I chose a spot where everyone had to pass to get to the bike parts etc that were for sale.
Our kitchen for the day.
Mistakes we have learned from yesterday-
ALWAYS get more than enough containers, they never go out of date.
Bring extra fuses for extension cords.
Use heavy extension cords and un coil them.
Water tanks. Those used for caravans that roll are better than gold if you have a distance to carry water.
Not having much money to spend we didn't buy enough coffee cups or milk. We do BBQ not drinks
Well from now on we are going to do coffee/tea/ coco because that is where our LARGEST profits were made and there was no work involved! Once noticed that the cups may run out we informed everyone at that point " refills are half price if you re-use your cup" . That saved our backside and although we lost 25 cent per cup on coffee, some money is better than no money.
150 tea bags cost 2.49 we sold at 60 cent per cup.
Slappin that bass like some delerious funky preist!!!
