Anything that wasn't bolted on slid off, like the f/box lid and door. The vent handle slides out and the vanes drop from the door. This thing dosen't appear to be used much-the cabinet isn't seasoned or gunky and all the bolts are rust free. I beadblasted some of the smaller parts and painted with 1200* black semi-gloss.

Looking at the pics, I think there has been a failure to communicate  The firebox appears to be intact and sitting under the vert in the first two pics
