Default Pig Roast

we fed about 300, I would imagine twice that are in and out throughout the day & night. We contract for a specified amount of food and when its gone we bounce.

We always do 40 lbs of buffalo wings to get them started and the first 20 lbs were gone in 90 seconds, literally!

This is a great gig to get the dust off for the season!
