Another leftover cleanout. I had some ground Italian Sausage, Sweet Mini Peppers, Ricotta and a Baguette.
These were all grilled on the kettle using K-briqs with Cherry and Pecan chunks.
Grilled Italian Sausage Patty on Grilled Garlic-Buttered Baguette with Marinara dipping sauce on the side, and some Sweet Mini Pepper ABT's stuffed with a blend of Italian Sausage, Marinara, Ricotta, Mozzerella and Basil.
I ate until I was full. Still have a few of the ABT's left and keep popping them.
