1st Brisket attempt
I'm going to try my 1st Brisket and smoke it tonight. I have to have to serve it at 3pm tomorrow. It's about an 11 pounder that I have seperated the point and flat to fit on the LGE. When should I start it!!
I wanted to post the pics of the butt I cooked with the bretherens help. Man it was goooood!
