Default Double smoked ham

I double smoked a ham for a co-worker a month or so back.Rubbed it down with apple pie filling put it in the Cookshack at 225* to internal of 160* Brushed with honey the last half hour for a glaze.

It sure smelled good!!
Smoking meat and drinking beer it doesn't get any better!!
