Cookin 4 butts on the drum today, about 38# total weight, weather is sunny and cool, 16* with a wind chill of 5!!!
Feeding the masses at my gun club membership meeting......they usually get pizza or pasta
Will keep updating throughout the day but you know the story....
Set drum temp to 245 and sit back, lookin to cruise about 10 hrs and may finish in oven if necessary.
Since i hardly lift the lid it may be a while (drum cooks are so uneventful)
