Those are the same scammers similar to the ebay scammers. They ask for Identity information, account info, pswds, etc.. Last one i got said my account was breached and they needed me to reset it.

The easiest way to determine if an email is truly from Paypal is if they use your first name on the email. Paypal will never send out something titled to 'Paypal customer' or 'account holder' etc.. it will always say "Dear Dale"(Insert name here). .. if it doesn't thats a red flag its a scam. I forward all of those to ''.. 5 years I have been on paypal and never had an issue.
