1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb pork sausage
8 slices of bacon
4 lbs of pork n beans
6 oz honey
12 oz bbq sauce of choice
1 1/2 cup chopped onions
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp dried mint
1 tsp tabasco
cooke the bacon and set aside. cook the beef and sausage and drain. crumble the bacon. mix everything together and put on the smoker for about 90 minutes or until the onions soften a little. this is more like a meal than a side dish.
