Makes me glad I have a local shop that I buy beef and pork from. They slaughter, age and cut (or grind) the meat to my specs, then deep freeze until I pick it up. I get an entire years worth of meat at once, and no mass-producing, easily tainted grinding house to worry about.
If it ain't right, don't do it....If it ain't true, don't say it....If it ain't yours, don't take it.
