I was at Sam's this morning. Looked at all of the prepackaged ground beef and opted to go to a local grocery store that grinds their own. Lucky move on my part I guess. I am seriously considering grinding my own from now on. Too many reports of this stuff. I know that statistically we have the safest food chain in the world, but peace of mind goes a long way.
