http://www.cutleryandmore.com/classic.htm I will recomend them too.

I would not buy there but to get a feel, you can go to a Bed Bath and Beyond.

I have had Wusthof or quite a while and with good sharpening and edge care you will be using shape knive for years.

Other brands to look at for pro chefs knives. Global, Misono & MAC. Great for the fine 2mm french slicing. Misono would probably be the best.
