Breasts marinated in a Zesty Herb marinade. Cooked on my COS with charcoal briquettes and cherry wood chips for flavor.

Please accept this as my official entry. Okay, my kids officially hate this website because they're tired of me taking pictures of every meal we eat before that can get their booger pickers into it! This is a prosciutto, Monterey Jack, cheddar and jalapeño stuffed chicken breast.

Started with two chicken breats:

Pounded them flat and added the stuffing:

Rolled them up and added some chicken rub:

Cooked them on the Weber Kettle with some hickory chunks:

Gave them a saucing with my new favorite 50/50 Blues Hog and pulled them off the grill:

I didn't see the td so just got these three pics from yesterday's cook. Halved breasts were marinated in egg, balsamic vinegar, pepper sauce and teriyaki.


Covered in bread crumbs and grilled. I only took the last one's shot.
