Seasoned with SPOG - salt pepper onion garlic- no other seasonings

Seems pretty simple to me! :thumb: What could possibly go wrong? :biggrin1:

OK... Here's my entry...

Grilled SPOG Bone-In Ribeye with Chimichurri, Baked Sweet Potato and Creamed Spinach

I bought two 14-day aged ribeyes at the local Fresh Market the other day and seasoned them with kosher salt, coarse ground pepper, granulated garlic and onion powder and grilled them in the drizzle last night. I also baked a couple of sweet taters with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon and made a chimichurri sauce and creamed spinach.
