Default Friday night special smoked potroast

Chuck roasts seasoned with lawrys, black pepper and garlic powder.

2 Hours in smoker @225* Covered with onions. Added oregano, beer, merlot.

Baked covered at 350 for 4 hours. Added vegetables and baked another hour and a half.

Holy smoke ring from hell!

And out to the table it goes with optional gravy.
