Default Kettle cookin, the chicken made me do it!

There happens to be a Kettle cooking throwdown in progress and I thought I would give it a go. I marinated some chicken thighs in orange juice, ginger, garlic, soy sauce and red pepper flake.

Fired up my trusty copper OTG courtesy of Sisters in Smoke,

Once things got all settled in I added the thighs

Me and my little chickadee check on everything after about 20 minutes

Pulled them off once everything was crisp and the juices were running clear.

Plated them up with a stir fried vegetable medley and some wild rice.
