Default Chicken Roasted on Bread.

No Idea what to call this ,it was interesting in the least.
The bread came out awesome and was the hit of the show.
Roasted in the pellet cooker for about 1 hour 30 min with 15 minutes rest and browning of the bread of a bit.
Saw this on a cooking show done in the oven so figured what the heck.
Comments please.

Layer of potato

Layer of Baguette.Then spray Olive oil and salt and pepper.

Add a sweet poatao and the chook, which has a garlic bulb and lemon inserted, more olive oil and salt and pepper.

The skin didn,t crisp up as good as it normaly does, maybe the pellet cooker?

Rest the Chook while browning everything up a bit.

Star of the show, bit like Chicken Garlic bread.

I cant help but wonder what Pork Belly would be like cooked over bread.
