Somewhat urgent timing question
I think I timed this poorly. I have two 7 lb butts on at 225. Started them at about 10 last night. They are sitting at about 170-175 right now (9:00 AM) I need to leave the house from about 10:30-12:30. Do I foil and crank up the heat to try to finish them before 10:30 or leave them be and assume they won't be too far gone by 12:30?
