Default Need a Quick Tip, Quick!

Hey all,
I just wrapped my ribs in foil, 3-2-1 method, and know after 2 hours cooking there will be some nice rendered fat goodness in there. The last time I smoked ribs which was about 2 years ago (not by choice) I drizzled that back over the ribs. Are there other suggestions on what to do with it? What do you guys do? Oh and here is a pic of the ribs after 3 hours, what are your thoughts? Looking good?
