We use plastic bins for all the bigger stuff. But we were lucky enough to buy one these airline carts (or galley carts) from Pigheaded BBQ at our first contest. It holds all our little stuff, stays dry in the rain and very easy to move around with the locking wheels. They're not cheap, but they are built like a tank and pretty light.
