150 is jerky makin temps I bet that was a real moist bird I don't do any meats below 225 and that is where I run bacon but I only take it to 150 IT everything else some where north of 300.
I never met a Cow that I didn't like with a little Salt & Pepper! Certified PORK-A-HOLIC
