Default Sausage stuff bacon wrapped pork loin.

Had some friends over for my brides birthday . Decided to make a sausage stuffed bacon wrapped pork loin. Brined it in oakridge game changer for 36 hours. Shoved my big knife in thd loin and stuffed the sausage in. Smoked it in the beast for 3 hours at 300. Turned out super juicy. Enjoyed with a brew of choice...
