Yes they are a similar product. Smoky Mountain Smokers boards have the edges that can be folded up. I have used the boards I am selling for the last couple years and like them a lot. At home, I put the boards in a sheet pan to contain the juices and to make sure I don't hurt the counter top as that would get the wife all upset. I had this lot cut to specifically fit in a small or large sheet pans for that reason.
