Beef Jerky on the GMG Davy Crockett w/ pron
Smoking some beef jerky on my GMG Davy Crockett @ 150F. This is my first smoked beef jerky--I always used liquid smoke before.
It's the Alton Brown recipe--minus the liquid smoke of course :)
EDIT: Hasn't been on that long.. pretty wet still when I took this pic. I'll post another pic when it is done.
