for the dough try this:
250 g flour ( ~ 2 cups)
6 g salt (1/2 tsp)
70 g butter, (~ 5 Tblsp)
10 g sugar (~ 1 Tblsp)
13 g fresh yeast (2 Tblsp) of 1 pkg instant dry yeast(Fleischmann)
125 g milk, handwarm (~ ½ cup)
