Thanks everyone :) You are a good bunch.

We just finished the last of the bacon - 5 pounds of pork belly made it all of 8 days.. The wife asked where to buy more ... I'll have to do 10lbs next time..

J-Rod: The garage is relatively new (10 years) - I've had a 1000 pound boat motor hanging from up there too.. Not even a groan. 800 pound cooker - no problem :) They are 2x12's with a layer in-between.
There were some safety lines in that mix from another pair of eye bolts.
