Couldn't waste the fire, so, I had this bone in pork butt.
So I fired up the smoker, rubbed it with magic dust, pounded it hard with
pecan smoke kept the heat at 190 for two hours.
Next came the dutch oven, 1 can of pineapple chunks, with juice,one apple,
sliced, about 1/2 in. apple juice
Then into the fire it went, 1-1/2 hours.
1-1/2 hours later
This is the only plate I can show, cause I ATE IT.
All I can say is the smoke combined with the apple and pineapple gave it a
perfect flavor. A little spice from the rub, over the top.
