I did 20 lbs of cheese today with the A-Maze-N smoker ( cash N Carry had it on sale for $12 / 5 lbs) did get a few too hot and make ugly but good tasting pieces.
2nd smaller batch is right now - I may need to thorw in some butter - That sounds awesome!
