Default Country style beef ribs?

So the local chain Shaws has country style beef ribs BOGO. I know the industry is trying to give new labeling consistency but WTF is a country boneless beef rib cut? Thin as a steak, point on one end, good marbling, sliced cross grain.

Looks like a weird sirloin cut. Any thoughts?
