Guys, I've just received my first smoker(brinkmann gourmet charcoal..). Havent used it yet, got to do some mods.
Anyway, my question is:
Which remote thermometer should I put in my christmas list?
I've seen mention of thermometers on here with 2 probes etc....
I've a new smoker, unused as yet, Ive a pizza oven which I recently built and I'll be cooking some roasts etc.... on it. I also brew beer and was thinking it might be of some use there to monitor mash temps in the 60 to 70 C range.
