That looks great. It's odd that some of the best pulled pork I've ever done from a moisture and texture standpoint came from a wallyworld enhanced picnic roast. I was surprised it came out as well as it did without being too salty.
Rescued 22.5" OTS. SJS Mini-WSM. HEB briqs (rebranded Royal Oak). Pecan/Hickory/Cherry/Apple/Peach woods.
