Naked potatoes, forked.
Wings seasoned w/ EVOO, SPOG, and a touch of Frank's wing sauce.
Cooked on the Green Stainless Steel Performer, using Cowboy Lump and a cherry chunk. Dome temp 425, WFO.
Put spuds on first, indirect.
Wings on 15 mins later, indirect.
Turned everything 20 mins after wings went on. Cut bottom vents to 1/4 for ~30 mins., temp. eventually dropped to 300. Open vents to 1/2, put everything on direct heat for a few mins., turn once, then pull.
Smashed the potatoes and added butter, S&P. Added a little more Frank's to the wings. There was also a nice salad. No pics, too hungry.
