I really played with my PBC the weekend.
I did one of the Prime CAB brisket that we've been scoring here in SoCal from Costco. I also felt like doing a butt so I hung that in as well with the brisket.
Don't have too many pics as I had company over but managed to capture a few on the cell. Overall everything turned out really well.
